2026 IMMERSIVE MEMOIR RETREAT

RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS CONTRACT

1.  As a condition of attending (name of seminar), ________________ (“Attendee”) hereby releases all claims against (the organizer of the seminar) (the “Organizer”) and (the owner of the property) (the “Owner”) and further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Organizer and Owner as provided for herein.

2.  As used in the preceding paragraph, "release all claims" means any and all claims, demands, causes of action, actions, contract obligations, warranty obligations, damages, attorney fees, costs, torts, suits, debts, sums of money, accountings, reckonings, bills, covenants, controversies, claims for contribution, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, extents and executions whatsoever, at law or in equity or otherwise, whether direct or indirect, known or unknown, which the releasing party now owns or holds, or have at any time heretofore owned or held, or may in the future own or hold, which are related in any way, directly or indirectly to the Seminar.  

3.  Attendee further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Organizer and Owner from any claims or causes of action arising out of Attendee’s attendance at the Seminar, or out of the circumstances giving rise to this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement.
