Credit card payments:

Refunds will be processed back to the original card within 3-5 business days. We are unable to refund credit card processing fees.

Personal check, zelle or paypal payments:

Refunds will be made via check in the mail within 30 days.

Retreat Rules:

• There will be ABSOLUTELY NO RECREATIONAL DRUG USE DURING RETREATS

• Henrique also asks that participants abstain from alcohol during the retreat

• Please do not invite anyone that is not participating in the retreat onto the property during the retreat (but please do before/after!)

• We discourage retreat guests from hanging out with people outside of the retreat from Sunday evening to the following Sunday morning as it can disturb the group energy and take away from much needed rest & recovery time

These rules are in place to protect both you and the group from having any disturbance in the energy field while this deep healing work takes place.

General Corazon Property Rules:

• No unpaid overnight guests

• All exterior property doors & gates must remain locked when not monitored

• No recreational drugs allowed on the property

• No smoking on the property

Anyone who violates these requests will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

• Noise:

  1. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, particularly during nighttime hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM).

  2. Parties and loud gatherings are not permitted on the property.

  3. Respect the peaceful environment of our neighborhood and avoid excessive noise both indoors and outdoors.

• Safety:

  1. It is the guest's responsibility to secure their personal belongings. There is a safe in each room for guests to use.

  2. Please ensure that all doors and windows are locked while sleeping or unmonitored.

• Cleaning and Maintenance:

  1. The property will be cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival. If additional maintenance is required during your stay, please inform us via text or phone call, and we will make the necessary arrangements.

  2. Rooms will be lightly cleaned every 2-3 days during your stay. Please text us should you need an additional towel change or anything else. 

  3. Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness during their stay and leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition upon departure.

  4. Please do not track sand inside! It is extremely difficult to clean. There are spiggets outside each of the villas & by the Islas Marias entrance palapa for guests to rinse their feet before going inside as well as lots of large stone bowls full of water around the interior of the property.

• Damages and Breakages:

  1. Any damages or breakages caused to the property, its contents, or facilities by the guest must be reported immediately to the property owner.

  2. The guest is responsible for reimbursing the property owner for any costs associated with repair or replacement of damaged items.

• Energy Conservation:

  1. Please use air conditioning units sparingly. And MAKE SURE the air conditioning units are OFF when you are not in the room. Energy is extremely expensive in Mexico.

  2. Please do your best to turn lights off when you do not need them.

• Swimming Pool Rules:

  1. The swimming pool is open for use from 8 am to 8 pm

  2. Children under 14 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the pool

  3. No diving or running in or around the pool area

  4. Glass containers are strictly prohibited near the pool

• Assistance:

  • Please only contact Billie, Lake & Tim during the hours of 7 am - 9 pm unless it is an emergency

Corazon is both a family home as well as a place for spiritually enlightened retreats. It holds very special energy and healing power due to the types of work that have been done here as well as its history as sacred indigenous land. We believe that it is our duty to guard the special healing energy of this property and therefore ask that video and photo taking on the property be minimal. We understand that photos and videos are an inevitable part of our modern world, but please ask that you are respectful of our family’s safety and privacy.

It is absolutely prohibited to take any full video tours of the property connecting the exterior and interior of the property, especially with any connection to the address or name of the property. It is also prohibited to use photos of the exterior of the property publicly. This is for the safety of the family who owns this property and lives here.

We also ask that you not post any photos publicly (this includes any social media platform whether or not your account is private) of Henrique & team, other retreat participants or staff without their explicit consent.

We take our guests, staff and team’s physical and mental safety very seriously at White Feather Healing Center. Our tight-knit, small groups for retreats encourage deep connections to be built through intense emotional work in a group setting and life changing experiences. Therefore, it is of incredible importance that everyone feel comfortable and safe to explore themselves and support others. That means, being extra cautious to get explicit consent for any contact/conversation that is sexual in nature as well as checking with someone before sharing your opinions on their personal experiences that arose during group work.

It is our primary goal to create a safe space for all to do this deep inner work. If you feel at any time that someone has made an inappropriate comment, unwanted physical advance, or anything else relating to your sense of emotional or physical safety at WFHC, please let Billie, Tim or Lake know immediately. Anyone who violates this policy will be asked not to return indefinitely.

By participating in our retreats and utilizing the facilities and services of our center, attendees acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their personal well-being and safety. The retreat center and its staff shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or unforeseen incidents that may occur during the retreat. Attendees are strongly advised to secure their own travel insurance and consult their healthcare professionals before attending a retreat at White Feather Healing Center in Sayulita, Mexico.
